The event was originally scheduled for the park, but we were hit with a huge storm. Cousin Lakesha Graham-Winslow, A John Alexander Winters descendant called her pastor, and was able to get us accommodated in their church pavilion. Even though the attendees hadn’t met each other yet, we all worked as a team to relocate to the church.
